If it doesn't help, go to Browsec settings (click on the gear) and run Health Check. After the check, click 'Show Health Check Logs', then 'Copy to Clipboard', paste into a text editor, save the file, and email it at support@browsec.com.

1. Account must be activated:
Find an email with subject 'Please complete your Browsec signup'. Click the green 'Complete Signup' button. If you can't find this message, check your Spam folder. Still no luck — reach us at support@browsec.com, and we'll activate your account manually.
2. Account is active, signed in, no Premium:
Sign out and back in, and Premium will appear. Password: if your account was created when buying Premium, we have emailed you the password. Check your Inbox and Spam. If there's no message, or you had your own password and forgot it, submit your email here.
You will receive a message with the link to set the new password. Note that this email may also get in Spam.
